Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue.
- You are also in charge of creating new sales strategies and programs to expand and retain our client base on the e-commerce and cloud services platform, particularly through new business development, in order to enhance revenue.
Responsibilities
- Build pipelines and maintain long-term relationships with prospects.
- Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities.
- Develop annual sales strategy and goals.
- Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships.
- Collaborate with sales leaders.
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite of products and familiarity with at least one CRM system.
- Ability to make quality decisions in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Conduct research and advise Management on business analytics and market trends such as environmental analysis, SWOT, etc.
- Submit weekly performance dashboard and monthly reports with details of revenues generated from the unit, project status, etc. in preparation for Management review.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Responsible for developing and implementing new inside sales features, particularly using a multimedia approach, as well as working both individually and together with assigned sales team members to drive sales.
Person Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- 3 – 5 years of proven experience in Sales, preferably in the real estate industry or related field.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
Salary
N200,000 / month.
