In addition, our prolific manpower cuts across the 36 states in Nigeria. After successfully gaining ground in all the 36 states of the federation, we are gradually spreading our tentacles to other African Nations. We are currently registered to also do business in Ghana. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Engineer

Location: Osogbo, Osun
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base
  • Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
  • Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity
  • Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
  • Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
  • Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
  • Collect and document competitive intelligence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or a related technical field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering sales with minimum of 2 years in a related technical sales role or as sales Engineer.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., B2B sales, solution selling).
  • excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Must be flexible to travel and needed time and highly proficient in driving.
