Job Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Development Representative, located in Lagos with some work-from-home flexibility.
- The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, conducting outbound sales activities, developing business opportunities, and maintaining effective communication with potential clients.
- This role requires proactive engagement with prospects, maintaining detailed records of sales activities, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
Requirements
- Experience in Outbound Sales and Sales Development
- Strong skills in Lead Generation, Lead Qualification and Business Development
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a software or finance sales environment is advantageous
