We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Business Development Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We’re looking for energetic, persuasive, and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Business Development Executives.
  • You will go into local markets, malls, and business areas to recruit sellers onto the Buybea platform.

Responsibilities

  • Visit shops, markets, malls, and vendors in your assigned area
  • Convince sellers/businesses to sign up and list their products on Buybea
  • Assist new sellers with the registration process
  • Follow up and ensure sellers become active on the platform
  • Meet weekly and monthly onboarding targets
  • Submit regular activity and performance reports

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for sales and marketing
  • Ability to move around the local area daily
  • Basic smartphone/computer knowledge
  • Fluent in English (local languages a plus)
  • Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or POS agent roles is a strong advantage.

What We Offer

  • Base Salary: N50,000 – N200,000per month
  • Commissions: N50 Commission on any seller onboarded
  • Bonuses: Extra rewards for hitting targets
  • Transport/Data Allowance: Daily transport will be Provided
