Job Summary
- Our client is looking for a competitive retail Sales Assistant to help customers identify products, process customer lists and help purchase products.
- Duties include selling, Shelving and invoicing.
- The goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers
- Manage point-of-sale processes, picking and invoicing
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Provide customers with information about products
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
- Answering customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, customer appointments, and customer complaints.
- Ring up purchases.
- Follow all the company’s policies and procedures
Requirements
- OND, HND, BSc
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in sales, customer rep in pharmacy or retail
- Computer literate.
- Good verbal and communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proximity to Surulere, Ojuelegba, Yaba environments is very important
Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
