Job Description
- They are currently in need of a sales associate who would be responsible for providing assistance with the daily sales of the company’s products.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers into the store.
- Responsiblefor selling company’s products while providing excellent customer service.
- Assisting customers throughout the buying process.
- Explaining the benefits and functions of products and how to use them to achieve the best results.
- Responding to inquiries on the company’s social media pages.
- Recommending related products to increase customers’ options and enrich the shopping experience.
- Giving prompt and adequate daily reports to management.
Key Requirements
- OND or SSCE (Acceptable)
- Must reside around Lekki Axis.
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
