Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team.
- As a crucial member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our sales and marketing strategies, with the goal of driving company revenue and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to create effective marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to optimize performance.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Assist in the development of pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or similar role in the real estate industry
- Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field with 2 – 5 years work experience.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Preferred Qualifications:Certification in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
- Experience in real estate is highly desirable.
