Job Title: Sales and Customer Service Manager

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a minimum of 5 years of proven sales leadership experience. 
  • The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, lead the sales team, and develop strategies to convert client inquiries into successful engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure high conversion and client retention.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze team performance using KPIs and CRM data; provide actionable feedback and performance improvement plans.
  • Sales Training: Train new and existing team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Market Analysis: Identify new market opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and adjust strategies to remain competitive.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and legal teams to ensure a unified approach to client engagement and brand messaging.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management review.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management or leadership role.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Experience using CRM software and sales performance tools.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute effectively.
  • Experience in legal, immigration, or service-based industries is an added advantage.
  • Results-driven with excellent organizational and time management skills.
