Job Summary
- We are looking for a Sales and Credit Officer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will evaluate credit applications, determine creditworthiness, and make sound credit decisions.
- This position demands expertise in credit analysis, risk assessment, and lending practices to ensure responsible and effective lending.
Responsibilities
- Drive credit product sales and meet set portfolio targets.
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-value clients.
- Achieve individual and branch sales goals.
- Analyze credit applications and financial statements to assess creditworthiness.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend credit limits and terms.
- Make informed credit decisions based on analysis and risk assessment.
- Monitor credit performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 1 – 2 years proven experience in sales within financial services or commercial banking.
- Strong knowledge of credit and Sales.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and networking skills.
