Summary
- A Pan African Consulting Firm is seeking a performance-driven Sales Advisor / Sales Field Supervisor to lead frontline sales activities in Lagos.
- The role is ideal for a motivated professional who can combine sales drive with field supervision and coaching to deliver growth
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support field sales advisors to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market coverage.
- Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and field visits.
- Track sales performance, generate reports, and ensure accuracy of field data.
- Enhance customer relationships, resolve issues, and drive satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong track record in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and customer engagement skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and field sales reporting systems.
Salary
N350,000 – N450,000 monthly.
