Job Title: Road Construction Admin Professional

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Admin Professional to join our road construction team.
  • The successful candidate will provide administrative support, managing stock control, accounting, inventory, and payroll management.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong administration, finance, and logistics background, with experience in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the project team, including preparing reports, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Stock Control: Manage stock levels, track inventory, and ensure timely material and equipment ordering.
  • Accounting: Assist with financial management, including invoicing, expense tracking, and budgeting.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stocktakes, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Payroll Management: Manage payroll processes, including processing salaries, and benefits.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, including financial reports, inventory reports, and payroll reports.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, finance, and logistics, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, accounting software, and inventory management systems.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial management, inventory control, and payroll management principles.

Salary
N100,000 – N200,000 monthly.
