Mission
- MoMo PSB Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Reward Manager to join our HR team. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and managing our reward strategies to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
- Additionally, the Reward Manager will take on HR Business Partnering responsibilities, providing strategic and operational HR support to designated business units.
Description
- Develop and implement reward strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company’s objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Manage the annual salary review process, bonus schemes, and incentive plans.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Provide expert advice on reward issues, including job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and pay structures.
- Act as a strategic partner to business units, understanding their needs and providing tailored HR solutions.
- Support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with business leaders to drive employee engagement and performance management.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist in resolving complex employee relations issues and conducting investigations when necessary.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to inform reward strategies and HR initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports on compensation trends, employee satisfaction, and other relevant metrics.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data and develop strategic recommendations.
- Support the Shareholder return strategy by developing and implementing HR Processes that are aligned to achieving all elements on the business score card.Â
- Participate in the review of Business Processes (headcount, process optimization, etc.), to drive efficiency gains to ensure at least 5% reduction inÂ
- Develop, implement and maintain compensation & benefits polices in line with the MOMO PSB Reward strategy, programs and policies
- Benchmark with comparator organizations to enhance the competitiveness of MOMO PSBN offerings while ensuring compliance with Nigerian labour laws.
- Implement annual salary review and performance bonus scheme in line with policies
- Advise, educate and support employees and line managers on matters related to the MOMO PSB Reward strategy
- Develop communication materials and facilitate workshops, focus groups, etc., to enhance employees’ understanding of Reward offerings, policies, etc.
- Ensure compliance with required service level agreements with regard to Reward deliverables.
- Conduct retention risk and impact analysis by calculating employees’ retention risk score and the impact if lost.
Requirements
Education:
- First degree preferably in the social sciences or any other relevant degree
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM).
- Proven experience in reward management and HR business partnering.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS and compensation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence at all levels of the organization.
Experience:
- 6 – 13 year’s experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising/managing others
- Experience working in a medium to large organizationÂ
- Experience in Reward policy and procedure development
- Experience in designing and implementing innovative base pay and incentive compensation programs & benefit plans.
