Rifugio Communications Ltd is a registered partner to Samsung and other global mobile device brands in Nigeria. We operate a chain of Samsung Experience Stores and Rifugio Brand stores, which provide an array of warranty protected Mobile devices and accessories at the best prices, across Nigeria. We offer mobile hardware required to house bespoke Sales Force Automation and Mobile Device Management solutions (Samsung Knox) to organizations. We offer Laptops, printers (inclusive of mobile and portable printers), printing consumables such as ink and toners, as well as other types of IT equipment.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop retail operations across multiple outlets and locations
  • Produce and execute retail business operational, growth and expansion plans
  • Develop and execute bulk purchase and wholesale strategy
  • Competitive landscape analysis: primary and secondary competitors
  • Initiate and coordinate marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and retail footfall
  • Effect pricing policy
  • Price analysis and competitor price comparisons
  • Coordinate daily retail reports across multiple locations
  • Stock purchase
  • Stock monitoring, stock control and overall inventory management
  • OEM, supplier and distributor relationship management
  • Customer relationship management
  • Team leadership and management (Retail Coordinators, Sales Representatives and Buyers)
  • Manage online retail business

Requirements

  • At least a University Degree (an MBA will be an advantage)
  • At least 5 years experience of hands-on management of retail outlets across multiple locations
  • Experience in mobile communication device and/or consumer electronics industry is required
  • Proficiency in sales and inventory management systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Highly numerate
  • Good written, oral and presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • A quick learner.
