Job Title: Retail Manager

Job Summary
- The Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store.
Responsibilities
- Create a unique retail experience in line with the company’s brand
- Manage the shop to ensure a creative and inspiring layout, lighting and stock display
- Set annual trading budgets and targets
- Full responsibility for managing the retail trading budget and profit and loss account, monitoring performance against agreed key performance indicators (KPI’s)
- Develop and maintain suitable measures and systems for controlling stock control, to ensure sufficient levels of stock at minimum stock holding and to keep write-off stock to minimum
- Analyze sales figures, interpret trends and forecast future sales volumes in order to maximize profit
- Maximize retail turnover and profit working to grow the business in order to support the company’s ongoing financial viability.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Retail Manager in luxury industry
- Professional certification will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of the fashion industry
- Standard knowledge on the use of sales software.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 / Month.
