Job Title: Retail Floor Supervisor
Locations: Abuja (FCT), Cross River, Enugu, Lagos and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Overseeing sales representatives, cashiers, and other support staff members
- Perform performance evaluation for staff members supervised
- Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
- Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
- Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.
- Manage all customers’ requests, comments, and complaints offline and onsite and escalate where necessary.
- Manage social media handles of the company
- Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.
- Ensure that a clean ambiance of the outlet is maintained all through the day.
Requirements
- HND or B.Sc Degree in related field
- 3 – 10 years relevant experience in similar role.
- Demonstrable experience in a supervisory capacity at a retail store, or similar.
- Demonstrable experience in social media accounts management
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in managing online customers on social media platforms will be an added advantage.
