We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Locations: Ibeju-Lekki and Ijora Lagos,
Employment Type: Full-time (8hrs Shift)
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain overall quality and service standards
- Communicate clearly to provide clear direction to the staff
- Attend mandatory meetings and coordinate employee roster
- Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary.
- Ensure that each shift across all units maintain proper recording system
- Interact positively with customers and resolve problems to the satisfaction of involved parties.
- Stand in to check weekly paperwork and sign off. All records must be checked during production and pass-out to the front-office for sale
- Serve as intermediary between production floor and front office and keep an independent record system, to serve as control
- Periodically move throughout the facility to visually monitor and take action to ensure quality service standards are met.
- Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics which inspire team members to meet and exceed standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of premise on a daily basis and ensure the premises are cleaned before closing of daily activities
- Ensure compliance of basic standard operating procedures for premises is in place and are in compliance with laws and J-Six’s own practices.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an OND / NCE
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a fast food restaurant as a Team Lead or Supervisor
- Use of Excel and knowledge of Zoho will be an added advantage.
- Ability to delegate tasks and follow through until completion
- Proactivity and the use of initiative are required for this role.
- Must be flexible to take on any shift (morning and afternoon).
- Candidates must reside in close proximity to their preferred location, as this role does not provide accommodation.
- Please note that successful candidates will work a rotational 8-hour shift.
Daily Reports:
- Daily Sales Analysis
- Shift Attendance.
Remuneration
- Monthly Net Salary: N100,000
- Staff Lunch and Target Allowance.
- HMO.
