We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Resort General Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of resort operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and recreational facilities.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, increase occupancy rates, and maximize profitability.
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining superior service standards and personalized guest experiences.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of resort staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with all departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement resort policies, procedures, and standard operating practices to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in resort management or similar leadership roles within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a luxury resort or hotel, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data, develop budgets, and drive profitability.
