Job Title: Relationship Manager

Reports to: Regional Manager, South-West / Head of Field Support
Job Summary
- The Osun Relationship Manager will oversee the day-to-day relationship with mobile money agents, ensuring high performance and expansion of financial services within the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and partners in Osun.
- Drive agent activation, transaction growth, and retention.
- Monitor daily transaction trends, liquidity issues, and agent downtime.
- Conduct agent training sessions on new products and services.
- Support complaint resolution and promote agent satisfaction.
- Liaise with regional and central support teams to resolve escalations.
- Ensure strict compliance with all financial and operational procedures.
- Collect and report data for performance tracking and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fintech, banking, or mobile money sectors.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the state.
- Strong organizational, reporting, and interpersonal skills
Monthly Target:
- 10,000 Application forms per month
