Job Title: Relationship Manager

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Regional Manager

Job Summary

  • The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and deepening relationships with agents, merchants, and clients in Ogun State.
  • The RM ensures seamless service delivery, supports business expansion, and helps drive adoption of financial services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for agents and clients within assigned territory.
  • Onboard new agents and ensure timely training and activation.
  • Conduct periodic visits to agents/partners to resolve issues and provide support.
  • Monitor transaction volumes and agent liquidity.
  • Support regional marketing initiatives and promotions.
  • Resolve service complaints and escalate critical issues.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports on field activities and performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in fintech or banking.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and territory management capabilities.

Salary and Benefits
N250,000 Monthly + Car + Driver + PFA + HMO.

Monthly Target
10,000 Application forms per month.
