Job Title: Relationship Manager
Location: Abeokuta, Ogun

Reports to: Regional Manager
Job Summary
- The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and deepening relationships with agents, merchants, and clients in Ogun State.
- The RM ensures seamless service delivery, supports business expansion, and helps drive adoption of financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for agents and clients within assigned territory.
- Onboard new agents and ensure timely training and activation.
- Conduct periodic visits to agents/partners to resolve issues and provide support.
- Monitor transaction volumes and agent liquidity.
- Support regional marketing initiatives and promotions.
- Resolve service complaints and escalate critical issues.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on field activities and performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in fintech or banking.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and territory management capabilities.
Salary and Benefits
N250,000 Monthly + Car + Driver + PFA + HMO.
Monthly Target
