Job Title: Relationship Manager (HNI / Private Banking)

Job Summary
- Are you a strategic and results-driven finance professional with a passion for wealth management? Join our team to lead client engagement, grow assets under management, and drive business growth across corporate, HNI, and retail segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the acquisition and management of high-value clients across investor segments.
- Mobilize liabilities and grow AUM across multiple product lines.
- Develop and manage multi-currency and multi-asset class investment portfolios.
- Support strategic sales initiatives and improve competitive advantage.
- Oversee client advisory, product cross-selling, and relationship management.
- Ensure KYC/AML compliance and daily call plan execution.
- Lead team appraisals and mentorship.
- Provide backup support to Head of Business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5-7 years work experience.
- In-depth knowledge of finance, economics, and industry trends
- Strong negotiation and C-suite engagement skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and strategic thinker
Salary
N650,000 – N950,000 monthly (net) plus performance-based bonuses.
