Job Summary
- We are seeking experienced and goal-oriented Relationship Managers to join a leading commercial bank.
- The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage high-value customers across retail and business segments.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch and individual targets.
- Cross-sell the bank’s products and services to existing and prospective clients.
- Provide financial advisory and after-sales support to customers.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in any discipline (professional qualifications are an added advantage).
- 3 – 5 years experience in banking/financial services, preferably in relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
- Strong business development and analytical abilities.
