Job Title: Regional Manager – Mobile Money Operations
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Head of Sales/COO
Job Summary
- The Lagos RM will drive business growth across the Lagos region by managing field agents, building partnerships, and ensuring service availability.
- The role includes oversight of agent onboarding, monitoring transaction volumes, and delivering regional KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead agent recruitment, activation, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure availability and uptime of services across agent locations.
- Drive transaction growth and agent profitability across Lagos.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with CBN regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute regional campaigns.
- Lead, coach, and supervise the regional sales and support teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in mobile money, agency banking, or fintech operations.
- Strong leadership and territory management skills.
- Proven ability to grow and manage distributed teams.
Salary and Benefits
N350,000 Monthly + Car + Driver + PFA + HMO.
