Job Title: Regional Business Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage existing distributor to ensure they meet their monthly target
- Acquire new distributors if the existing once will not allow you meet your target
- Work with your team to create a retail channel for easy depletion of stocks.
- Ensure that our brands are always visible in your territory
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies, manage sales teams, and drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
- Lead, coach, and mentor regional sales teams, ensuring their development and performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Ensure efficient and effective delivery of products and services within the region, aligning with company standards and policies.
- Track and analyse regional performance against targets, providing regular reports to senior management.
- And any other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 12 years of experience.Â
Salary
N800,000 – N1,000,000 Monthly.
