Job Title: Regional Business Development Manager (Real Estate)

Location: Owerri, Imo

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Regional Business Development Manager for our client to lead and oversee the activities of our Marketing Officers and ensure the successful leasing/renting of stores in our plazas.
  •  The Regional Business Development Manager will also take on cross-functional responsibilities to drive sales, manage operations, and foster a high-performing team culture.
  • This is a critical leadership role, combining strategic thinking with operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hunting and closing business at all revenue levels
  • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
  • Track and evaluate business development plans and efforts on an ongoing basis.
  • Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the company’s growth
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
  • Meet or exceed regional sales targets for store leasing/renting within specified timelines.
  • Supervise activities of the Marketing Officers.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by your supervisor/line manager.

Requirements

  • B.Sc./HND in any related field.
  • Additional qualifications will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 7 years of business development experience in real estate or investment banking focused on real estate investments.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to close out sales/deals.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.
