Job Summary
- As the Recruitment Analyst, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for our clients across various industries.
- You will play a critical role in identifying top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and supporting our clients’ hiring needs with efficiency and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and company culture.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using various recruitment tools and channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit.
- Support business development efforts by identifying potential recruitment opportunities and client leads.
- Maintain an organized candidate database and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in consulting.
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Job Boards, ATS, and referrals.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 / month.
