We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Ogudu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, talent databases, networking, and referrals.
- Write and post engaging job descriptions on various platforms.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on skill set, experience, and cultural fit.
- Match candidates to suitable job openings and coordinate interview processes with clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with up-to-date information.
- Stay current on industry trends, labor laws, and labor market changes, and competitive salary benchmarks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and build client relationships.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and online sourcing techniques
- Ability to work on multiple roles and meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a recruitment agency or placement consultancy.
- Should have consulting experience.
Salary
N160,000 – N200,000 / Month.
