Job Description
- We are seeking a reliable, well-spoken, and customer-oriented Receptionist (preferably female) to manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming experience for all clients.
- The ideal candidate will be the face of our brand – professional, organized, and passionate about customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to clients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule client appointments
- Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on bookings
- Handle client check-in/check-out and payment processes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and ongoing offers
- Support the day-to-day operations of the salon and spa team
- Keep client records organized and confidential.
Requirements
- Must possess a BSc or HND in any relevant field
- 2 – 5 years previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role (experience in a salon/spa is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS/booking software)
- Must be punctual, neatly groomed, and well-presented
- Preferably female, due to the nature of client interaction and environment.
