Job Title: Real Estate Sales Expert

Location: Sango / Samoda Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Part-time, Hybrid

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • A Sales Specialist helps the company sell their products or services to customers.
  • They understand the customer’s needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • They build relationships with potential customers by communicating effectively about the product and its benefits.
  • They use different sales techniques to persuade the customer to buy from their company, and not from their competitors.
  • They create and maintain a sales pipeline to track and manage all sales activities.
  • They are responsible for achieving sales targets set by the company.
  • They gather market intelligence and feedback to improve products and services.
  • They work closely with different teams within the company, including marketing, customer service, and product development.
  • They help to build the company’s brand by providing a positive customer experience
  • Must have an experience with a real estate company

Requirements

  • Qualifications – BSc / HND in any field.
  • Experience : 2-3 years in a Real Estate Sector.

Salary
N50,000 – N100,000 monthly.
