Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
- The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor progress and report to senior management
- Identify and mitigate risk.
Requirements
- HND / BSc Degree in Civil Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in project management in construction or roofing company is required
- Professional qualification in Civil Engineering
- Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Must reside on the Island or in very close proximity.
Salary
N300,000 gross per month.
