Job Summary
- The Real Estate Broker will manage property transactions, acting as a liaison between buyers, sellers, and agents to ensure seamless operations.Â
- The role involves negotiating contracts, managing listings, and providing expert advice on market conditions, while maintaining compliance with legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate property sales, purchases, and rental agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transactions for all parties involved.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to address real estate needs.
- Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
- Manage property listings and support business growth initiatives.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of property management, market trends, and sales processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Valid real estate broker license (if applicable).
- Must reside in or have easy access to Lekki, Lagos.
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree.
Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
