Job Description

  • The Quality Systems Senior Analyst provides assistance to the area, by preparing, updating Quality System documents, and analyzing quality internal performance indicators. Manages and follows up Quality events.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develops and updates the necessary procedures, instructions, and specifications to ensure quality system conformity according to internal/external quality standards
  • Coordinates quality system activities such as calibration of product measuring devices and product certification
  • Generates and analyzes quality indicators to identify process performance and/or product quality recommending continuous improvement.
  • Controls and follows the production process, ensuring the accomplishment of product quality programs according to products specifications, inspection & test Plans (ITPs), customer needs and Tenaris quality standards
  • Monitors team of coating line inspectors, reviewing daily reports and ensuring timely communication of reports to customer site representatives
  • Support with design, development and management of identification, traceability, and quality inspection records.
  • Control procedure compliance alerting deviations from the policy, procedures, and specifications. Participates in the design and implementation of procedures and work instructions
  • Support with the online / offline coating product test and documentation processes
  • Effectively Participate in root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives to drive quality improvement on the production lines.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND in engineering, Physical Sciences, or any industrial process related fields
  • Certified NACE / AMPP Level 2 Inspector
  • 3+ work experience in onshore/offshore related products and/or services (Experience in Anticorrosion & Thermal Insulation Coating projects is preferred)
  • Technical knowledge on anticorrosion and insulation coating with knowledge of industry coating standards, specifications, inspection, tests, and best practices
  • Excellent Analytical, communication and reporting skills
  • Calibration and management of inspection and control tools
  • Sound knowledge of general HSE standards and codes
  • Good Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, word, and PowerPoint at advance level
