Job Description
- The Quality Control Officer (Preform) is responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of preforms during production.
- The role involves monitoring production processes, conducting quality checks, and maintaining compliance with quality standards to ensure that products meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct quality checks on preforms during various stages of production to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects, dimensions, and compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor the production process to identify and address any deviations from quality requirements.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of quality control tests, inspections, and findings.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Perform root cause analysis for quality defects and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to company quality policies and industry standards.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on quality performance and any non-conformance issues.
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc in Engineering or other related fields.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and standards for preforms or similar products.
- Familiarity with quality assurance tools and methodologies.
