Job Title: QSR / FSC Business Development Executive

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Executive to drive growth within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and Full Service Restaurant (FSC) segments. 
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, building strong B2B relationships, and executing sales strategies tailored to the food service industry. 
  • This role requires a deep understanding of the food sector and a passion for delivering value to clients across Lagos.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and partnership strategies to penetrate QSR and FSC channels.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts within the food service sector.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on business objectives and targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant chains, chefs, and decision-makers.
  • Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contracts with food service partners.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market developments, and customer feedback.
  • Provide regular training and support to distributor partners and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the product and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in business development, key account management, or sales within the food industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network within the QSR and FSC ecosystem in Lagos is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
