Job Description
- We are seeking a qualified individual to oversee the installation and quality control of smart glass and film products on-site.
- This role is crucial in ensuring high standards of installation, product quality, and team training.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure the quality installation of smart glass and film products at various project sites.
- Conduct site visits to monitor installation progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Train and mentor team members on proper installation techniques and procedures for smart film.
- Perform quality checks on products before they are shipped out to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to coordinate schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials to sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role on construction sites or similar environments.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of site project management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to train effectively and manage a team.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills and project management tools.
Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 / month.
