We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Project Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans and schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors, labourers, and equipment to maintain workflow and productivity
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular safety briefings
- Inspect work progress and quality to ensure standards are met
- Resolve on-site issues and escalate major concerns to the Project Manager
- Maintain daily logs and prepare progress reports for stakeholders
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and materials
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of construction materials
- Assist in planning and scheduling tasks to meet project milestones
- Support cost control efforts by minimizing waste and optimizing resource use
- Foster teamwork and provide guidance to site personnel
Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Min. 5 years of proven experience in site supervision or construction project coordination
- Strong understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and building codes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments
Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
