Job Title: Project Manager – Civil Engineer

Description

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure compliance with construction regulations and safety standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, surveyors, and subcontractors.
- Review and approve project designs and engineering specifications.
- Resolve technical issues and maintain quality control throughout execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (Master’s is an advantage).
- Minimum of 10 years experience in construction project management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera).
- Registration with COREN or equivalent professional body is desirable.
