Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Lekki Lagos

Job Description

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, media, finance, legal, and other departments, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Oversee the project budget, including financial planning, cost management, and expense tracking to ensure adherence to financial constraints.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges and ensure project success.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements, including design, media, legal, and financial aspects.
  • Manage resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, adjusting as needed to stay on track and achieve project objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports, including progress updates, financial status, and performance metrics, to project stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies, including legal and financial requirements.
  • Address and resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during the project, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining progress.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records of decisions and actions taken.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 / month.
