Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality assurance.
- Work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to translate client requirements into executable architectural plans.
- Develop innovative and sustainable architectural designs, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and local building regulations.
- Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, local laws, and safety regulations.
- Incorporate environmentally sustainable design principles into projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and reports using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior builders, architects and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Min 5 years of proven experience in architectural design and project execution, and Min. 5 years in project management; preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP etc) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as Staad.Pro, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
- In-depth knowledge of ISO standards in the construction industry and familiarity with local and international building codes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Salary
N400,000 / Month (Gross).
