Main Functions
- Provide the project team with overall management and coordination of logistics planning, early project assessment, and execution.Â
- Interface with operations logistics, production affiliate, drilling, procurement, and other general services throughout the various stages of the process.Â
- Collaborate on logistics between drilling and company projects and share lessons learned.
Tasks and Responsibilities
In addition to all level 1 tasks, level 2 and 3:
- Establish and maintain proper communication channels to inform management, partners, government agencies, and others to ensure they receive pertinent and required information.
- Coordinate with other members of the management team to ensure that all matters related to development and operations are carried out in an orderly manner.
- Accountable for overall costs, safety, and environmental performance of the subsurface department.
