Job Title: Production Associate (Male)
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Operating production equipment and machinery
- Ensuring the production line runs smoothly and efficiently
- Performing quality checks on finished products/projects
- Maintaining accurate records of production data and reporting any issues to the supervisor
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Maintain inventory of materials and report shortages.
- Proficiency in operating manufacturing/production machinery.
- Attention to detail for quality control and ability to spot the minutest errors.
- Keep accurate records of production and inventory.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Following production schedules and meeting production targets/deadlines
Requirements / Skills
- First Degree or its equivalent
- Graphics design/Corel Draw skill
- Experience working in a manufacturing/production or FMCG environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Time management skills to meet production deadlines.
- Excellent and effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work with little or no supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot production issues
- Basic knowledge of machinery and production processes
