We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Production Assistant
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Workdays: Mondays – Saturdays
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations Support
- Assist in overseeing store floor activities, ensuring workflow runs smoothly and aligns with brand standards.
- Provide hands-on support to tailors and production staff to meet daily targets and customer expectations.
- Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and conducive to creative production.
Inventory Coordination
- Track usage of fabrics and materials, updating inventory logs regularly.
- Notify the production manager about potential shortages or supply needs.
- Help prepare restock requests and assist in receiving deliveries from HQ or vendors.
Customer Service & Communication
- Greet and attend to walk-in clients, offering support during order intake or fittings.
- Document customer requests and feedback clearly for the manager or creative director.
- Assist in resolving minor customer concerns and escalate complex issues appropriately.
Order & Production Tracking
- Help maintain accurate records of ongoing bespoke orders, including measurements and timelines.
- Collaborate with tailors and stylists to ensure production schedules stay on track.
- Prepare and organize order packages for client pick-up or delivery.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Provide regular updates to the production manager on store operations, order statuses, and customer feedback.
- Work closely with HQ and vendors during deliveries to ensure items match order specifications.
- Maintain a positive and professional image aligned with the brand’s tone and mission.
Key Requirements
- BSc Degree / HND in any Social Science course
- Proximity to Ikeja will be considered.
Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
