Job Title: Production and Quarry Manager

Job Summary
- As the production and Quarry manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily quarry operations, including the extraction and processing of materials.
- The ideal candidate will ensure that production targets are met efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety, environmental compliance, and equipment maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise quarry production activities to ensure output targets are met in terms of quality and quantity
- Manage the extraction process, including drilling, blasting, crushing, and loading of raw materials
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and environmental policies in compliance with local regulations and company standards
- Oversee the maintenance and servicing of quarry equipment and machinery to reduce downtime
- Monitor production KPIs and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years in granite and stone production
- Hands-on experience with crushing plants, including installation and maintenance of crushers.
Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
