Job Title: Production and Logistic Manager

About the job

  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production / Logistics Manager to oversee production operations and manage the efficient flow of goods, materials, and logistics processes.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating production activities, optimizing resources, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining operational excellence in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
Production Management:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to meet targets and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Logistics & Supply Chain Management:

  • Manage inventory, warehousing, and distribution processes.
  • Coordinate procurement of raw materials and ensure timely availability for production.
  • Develop and manage transportation schedules for timely delivery of goods.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to optimize supply chain operations.

People & Process Management:

  • Supervise and train production/logistics staff, fostering teamwork and accountability.
  • Conduct performance reviews and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports on production and logistics performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Production Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in production and/or logistics management, preferably in manufacturing or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, warehousing, and distribution principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/production management software (e.g., ERP
  • systems).
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
