Job Overview
- We are looking for a proactive and experienced Product Manager to lead and enhance our B2B sales platform for hotel and holiday packages.

Key Responsibilities
- Product Development:Drive the development and improvement of our B2B platform to meet client needs and stay competitive in the market.
- Market Research:Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics.
- Roadmap Planning:Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on feedback and business goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner closely with sales, marketing, and operations to align product strategies with overall objectives.
- Project Management:Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Client Feedback:Collect and analyze client feedback to refine the product and optimize user experience.
- Performance Monitoring:Track KPIs and product performance, providing regular insights to senior management.
- Innovation:Explore and implement new features to maintain the platform’s market leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product management, preferably within the travel industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities; proven track record of successful product launches.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the travel industry, including hotel and holiday packages, and B2B product operations.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools and software.
