Job Title: Private Sector Sales Officer

About the Role
- Are you a goal-driven sales professional with experience in the private sector? Join a growing Fintech company as a Private Sector Sales Officer and help connect professionals and businesses with the loan products they need to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and onboard new clients who need our loan products through networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Understand each customer’s financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products
- Clearly communicate loan terms, rates, and requirements to customers, how repayments work. Ensure customers fully grasp what they’re signing up for.
- Guide clients through the full loan application and documentation process
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
- Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and company internal policies. Uphold the highest standards of integrity in every transaction.
- Follow up on pending applications and provide excellent post-sale support.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales performance and ability to close deals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Deep knowledge of financial products, especially loans and its features
- Basic financial literacy and understanding of loan terms
- Organized, self-motivated, and result-oriented
- A reliable team player with a high level of integrity.
Salary and Benefits
