Job Title: Private Driver
Location: Sango / Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Safe Transportation: Ensure the safe transportation of the employer, their family, and guests to desired destinations.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the vehicle in good working condition, including regular cleaning, fueling, and scheduling maintenance.
- Route Planning: Plan the most efficient and safe routes to destinations, taking into account traffic, road conditions, and other factors.
- Time Management: Manage time effectively to ensure punctual arrival at destinations and adherence to schedules.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Fueling and Parking: Fuel the vehicle as needed and park it in a safe and secure location.
- Accompanying Employer: Accompany the employer on trips, as required, to provide assistance and support.
- Running Errands: Run errands, such as picking up groceries or dropping off dry cleaning, as requested by the employer.
- Maintaining Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and discretion when driving the employer, their family, and guests.
- Adhering to Traffic Laws: Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of the employer, their family, and guests.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Vehicle Records: Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and other expenses.
- Submitting Expense Reports: Submit expense reports, as required, to the employer or their representative.
- Complying with Regulations: Comply with all relevant regulations, such as licensing requirements and vehicle inspections.
Other Responsibilities
- Providing Excellent Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to the employer, their family, and guests.
- Being Flexible: Be flexible and adaptable, as schedules and plans may change unexpectedly.
- Maintaining a Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while on duty.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualification with 2-4 years of work experience.
Salary
N65,000 – N70,000 monthly.
