Responsibilities
- Providing leadership and vision for the school, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring academic excellence.
- Developing and implementing curriculum and instructional strategies
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and academic achievement
- Manage school operations, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Supervise and evaluate staff performance
- Support Student growth and well-being
- Strong leadership skills, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to use the computer and school management software
Goals
- Improve students’ academic achievement
- Forster School growth
- Good experience of external examinations WAEC, NECO, SAT, TOEFL, CHECKPOINTÂ BED/PGDE.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.
