Requirements
- The candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of Second-Class Lower Division), Master’s Degree, or a Doctoral Degree in Arts, Social Science or Humanities plus NYSC discharge/exemption certificate.
- At least nine years cognate experience.
- Membership of a recognised professional body is mandatory.
