Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and passionate Primary School Teacher who has worked within both the British and Nigerian curriculum frameworks.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong classroom management skills, creativity in lesson delivery, and the ability to inspire and support pupils across different ability levels.Â
- This role requires a commitment to academic excellence, holistic development, and child-centered learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with both British and Nigerian curricula.
- Use a range of instructional strategies to support differentiated learning.
- Prepare pupils for internal and external assessments, including checkpoint or transition tests.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Track and report on students’ academic and personal development.
- Maintain clear communication with parents, colleagues, and school leadership.
- Contribute to school events, clubs, and enrichment activities.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
- TRCN certification (or in progress).
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in both British and Nigerian curriculum schools.
- Strong knowledge of phonics, literacy, and numeracy teaching methods.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
- A passion for education and a genuine love for children.
