- As a POS Business Officer, you will play a key role in expanding our merchant network, optimizing POS terminal performance, and delivering exceptional service to our business clients.

- Coordinate installation and activation of POS terminals.
- Acquire and onboard merchants for POS terminal deployment.
- Monitor POS performance and transaction volumes.
- Maintain relationships with merchants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve technical and operational issues related to POS terminals.
- Promote usage of POS terminals to drive revenue.
- Generate reports and analyze transaction trends.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for support and maintenance.
- Cross-sell other banking products to merchants.
